Returns & Exchanges
Ibria accepts returns for defective items purchased online, provided they are in original condition—unwashed, new, unworn, unaltered, and unstitched with original tags and packaging.
- Eligible Returns: Customers must contact our customer service at ibriasclothing@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery (Pakistani orders only). The order ID and defect details must be provided.
- Replacement & Refunds: Customers can choose a replacement from available products at the Ibria eStore. Depending on the circumstances, we will resolve the issue through replacement, exchange, or a full refund.
- Return Shipping Costs: Ibria will cover any mailing/shipping charges associated with returning a defective item.
- Exchanges: Customers must send the product and invoice to Ibria’s Head Office at their own expense. Delivery charges for the exchanged item will be borne by the customer.
- Sale Items: Products on sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Customs & Duties: Any duty or customs charges are not covered by Ibria.
- Refunds & Exchanges: Customers seeking an exchange or refund can fill out the Refund & Exchange Form.
- Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement by emailing ibriasclothing@gmail.com with the order ID.
- Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.
Custom Order Policy
Ibria offers custom orders tailored to individual needs.
- Definition: Custom orders include any made-to-order product based on customer specifications (e.g., unique dimensions, measurements, or additional customizations).
- Final Sale: Due to their personalized nature, custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Order Confirmation: Customers will receive a confirmation email detailing their specifications. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and verify all details before placing the order.
